Returns: 100 days
You may request a return within 100 days after delivery. Contact info@healthlabsexpress.com with your order number and proof of purchase. We will provide return authorisation and the return address; please do not send the parcel to the manufacturer. Return products by mail, new and unused, with their accessories. Unsealed health or personal care products are not accepted for change-of-mind returns. Contact us if an item is defective or damaged. The customer pays return postage. There is no restocking fee. Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned product. Your bank may require additional time to credit the funds. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
